πŸ“‹ September 2026 β€” Action Plan

Initiatives executed this month β€” each tied to a performance gap or growth opportunity.

🎯
Main Prospecting Products

Prospecting campaigns focused on the top-selling products with the highest order velocity β€” prioritizing items with proven low CPA, strong repeat-buy signals, and broad audience appeal based on July data.

🎁

Static Design β€” New Angles & Hooks

We prepared and produced new static ad designs to test new products β€” fresh visual angles and copy hooks across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.

πŸ“±
UGC Production

We will use videos that are being created during this period as UGC content β€” building authentic social proof and diversifying ad creative. They drive higher engagement and trust compared to branded content β€” especially on Snapchat and TikTok β€” and reduce creative fatigue by continuously refreshing the ad library with real customer voices.

πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¦ Saudi National Day Market Entry Plan

Alshaya Perfumes

New Market Test β€” KSA Β· Saudi National Day, September 23, 2026
⚠️ This plan and budget are a standalone Saudi Arabia test. Nothing here overlaps with or is drawn from the $39,000 Kuwait June budget β€” KSA is an incremental, separately tracked spend.

🚧 Why Entering Saudi Arabia Now Is Difficult

We're going in with roughly three weeks of lead time before National Day. That timeline is the root cause of most of the challenges below.
Accounts & Infrastructure
Our ad account, pixel, and catalog were designed for the Kuwaiti market. Alongside this, we will customize a dedicated landing page for our Saudi presence, suited to SAR pricing and Saudi payment gateways.
Competition
KSA is the largest and most contested GCC beauty/fragrance market β€” we'd be competing against entrenched local players, regional retail giants with National Day budgets many multiples of ours, and marketplace competition on Noon and Amazon.sa. National Day itself is the single most competitive week of the year for Saudi ad inventory β€” CPMs spike across every platform as every retailer in the country runs offers simultaneously, so we're entering at the most expensive possible moment as an unknown brand with no local trust signals or reviews.
Content, As It Stands, Isn't Ready
We currently don't have strong video content or influencer videos we can rely on to compete on that front. We can adopt static ad designs built around the Saudi National Day identity, but these won't deliver the same return as video content would.

🎯 What's Required to Capture Market Share

β€’ Enable SAR pricing and a mada-compatible payment gateway on Shopify
β€’ Creative built around Saudi National Day visual identity (green/gold, Saudi flag, sword-and-palm emblem)
β€’ Landing page(s) with SAR pricing, Saudi delivery estimates, and mada shown as a payment option
β€’ Visible delivery-time and returns policy for KSA specifically
β€’ Treat this as a market-testing phase for Saudi Arabia and a way to establish Alshaya's presence during the National Day season, while gathering data that determines whether we continue beyond it

🎁 Offers Required

National Day Discount
A clear, headline percentage-off offer tied explicitly to National Day β€” Saudi shoppers expect a visible discount during this week; a soft or vague offer won't cut through National Day inventory saturation.
National Day Bundle
A limited-edition, green/gold-packaged bundle built specifically for the occasion β€” gives us a hero SKU to lead creative with, rather than running generic catalog ads into a new market.

πŸ’° Proposed Budget β€” Saudi Arabia Test

This is a separate, incremental budget. It does not draw from, replace, or reduce the $39,000 Kuwait allocation β€” Kuwait spend continues in full alongside this test.
$10,000
Proposed KSA National Day test budget (additive to Kuwait)
PlatformBudgetRole
πŸ” Google Ads$3,500Shopping β€” capture existing intent (branded + category terms) at the lowest-risk CPA
πŸ“˜ Meta$4,000Awareness + retargeting β€” carries the National Day creative and bundle push
πŸ‘» Snapchat$2,500Reach among younger Saudi shoppers, lighter test given no prior KSA data

πŸ“… Campaign Duration

Step 1
Creative & product selection. We will finalize National Day-specific creative designs and choose the hero products/bundles to lead the campaign.
Step 2
Website readiness. We will adopt and prepare all required points across the ksa-website β€” SAR pricing, payment gateway, delivery information, and the Saudi landing page.
Step 3
Final readiness check. We will confirm everything β€” creative, ksa-website, accounts β€” is fully ready before spend goes live.
Step 4
Launch. We will launch and run campaigns for approximately 20 days, through the end of the National Day season.
