Revenue Rises to $163.6K (+4.5%) on Higher Order Volume
October revenue reached $163,559 (KD 50,762), up from September's $156,540. Orders rose +4.0% to 1,913 even as sessions fell -9.6% to 123,218, with CVR improving to 1.68% (+12.8%) and revenue per session rising to $1.33 (+15.6%). Sessions per order improved to 64, down from 74 — the store is turning a smaller audience into more orders.
What We'll Do
- Protecting the CVR and revenue-per-session gains by keeping the current site experience and funnel intact
- Looking into restoring traffic volume, since the current conversion quality would compound revenue as sessions grow
AOV Holds at $85.50 (+0.5%) as Basket Depth Grows to 3.38 Items
AOV edged up from $85.08 to $85.50, while items per order climbed to 3.38 (+6.4%) and units sold reached 6,472 (+10.6%). Customers are buying more items per order, and the $85+ level reached in September held.
What We'll Do
- Keeping bundles and higher-value products prominent in prospecting and retargeting to lift value per basket
- Monitoring whether the $85+ AOV holds as the baseline into November
Meta & Google Remain the Core — 83.6% of Paid Orders
Meta and Google together delivered 2,387 of 2,855 paid dashboard orders this month. Budget decisions continue to be anchored on these two channels, which carry the bulk of spend and volume. Figures cover sales-objective campaigns only; Saudi Arabia campaigns are reported separately.
Creative Testing — New Ad Designs and Motion Graphics Videos
This month's campaigns included a variety of new advertising designs alongside motion graphics videos, introduced as part of the ongoing testing process. These tests shaped how the testing budget was allocated across platforms and are reflected in the month's spend and ROAS figures.
Meta Scales to $18,691 (+18.3%) with Orders Up +7.0% to 1,142
Meta spend increased to $18,691 and dashboard orders grew to 1,142, at a ROAS of 4.66x (from 4.92x). The catalog campaign carried most of the volume with 838 orders on $14,441, while the two conversion campaigns added a combined 304 orders.
What We'll Do
- Continuing to scale the catalog campaign, which remains the largest source of Meta volume
- Working on lifting ROAS back toward the 4.9x level through creative refreshes on the conversion campaigns
Google Holds Volume at 1,245 Orders — Still the Most Efficient at Scale (6.82x)
Google spend rose to $13,786 (+8.8%) and dashboard orders held steady at 1,245 (-0.7%), with ROAS at 6.82x (from 7.01x). Brand Search ($5,124) and Shopping ($3,886) generated the majority of conversion value, while the Performance Max campaigns contributed a further 443 orders.
What We'll Do
- Continuing to scale Google, with Brand Search and Shopping as the core of the account
- Monitoring the PMax feed-only campaign launched in mid-October as it matures
CVR Climbs to 1.68% (+12.8%) as Sessions Settle at 123K
Sessions came in at 123,218 (-9.6%), yet CVR rose from 1.49% to 1.68% and revenue per session reached $1.33. The conversion gain more than offset the lower traffic, delivering +4.0% more orders from fewer sessions.
What We'll Do
- Continuing to prioritize CVR as the primary lever, given how much value each session now generates
- Looking into traffic growth that maintains the current conversion quality
Returning Customers Reach 23.84% (+16.1%) — New High
Retention climbed from 20.54% to 23.84%, the highest level in the series so far, pointing to a growing base of repeat buyers.
What We'll Do
- Keeping WhatsApp retention and replenishment flows running given the continued improvement
- Considering a loyalty or rewards structure to build on this momentum
